BTQ provides workspace and equipment on an affordable, flexible basis for Bristol's textile community. BTQ has space for 10 resident members and provides temporary access to anyone working on short-term projects. For the past few years BTQ has hosted a textile graduate placement scheme in collaboration with Bath Spa University and more recently, with Spike Island too. BTQ's MeetMakeMend events have become a regular fixture on the Bristol textile calendar and succeed in drawing in a wider community who use these evenings to carve out space and time for themselves as well as their mending.
